Please enter Factory Code (2-3 digits following the date).

Please zip together a copy of your receipt and all images of the damaged item(s) & attach. All the files to zip should be located all in one folder.
1 Click on the files while holding the Ctrl key down to select the files. 2 Right Click on the highlighted files. 3 Select Send to > Compressed Zipped Folder. 4 Select the new Zip File to upload.
